These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mushsuppl.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from MushSuppl ("MushSuppl," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products. Any new features or services added to the Site are also subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, billing, contact, and shipping information and for keeping any account credentials secure. 5. Orders, prices, and payment

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout. Unless otherwise shown, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees are shown or calculated at checkout when available.

6. Shipping and delivery

We may use third-party service providers to produce, fulfill, and ship orders. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address and for reviewing it before submitting your order. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, import rules, and any other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Claims involving loss, damage, defects, or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy.

If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, idea, photo, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable privacy law. 14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MushSuppl and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the Site, products, or these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim.

15. Indemnification

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies linked above and any terms presented at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and MushSuppl regarding the Site and your order and replace prior communications on the same subject.
